In this method of Telegram tracking , just require to run the Telegram desktop on your computer system. Do not open any other page and start chatting with the person you are trying to find his location. After sending and receiving a few messages, without having to do extra work, open the CMD environment. The way to open command prompt window, is shown in the image below.

1- After opening the CMD window, type netstat -n and press Enter. (Note that there is a space between netstat and -n.)
2- After completing the steps above, the list of several IP addresses will be displayed, except the 127.0.0.1 IP address that own to your system, the rest of the IPs are related to the websites or those that you communicate with. Now enter one of these IP addresses at iplocation.net. Please note that only enter the IP addresses on the site, that came on the Foreign Address field.

3- After completing this steps, the list of IP addresses that are currently connected to the Internet will be displayed to you, which you can use to obtain the approximate location of the ISP and track people, using telegram.

4- However, in order to be able to track people with the Telegram tracking method, you need to write down the Latitude and Longitude information, and enter in the NASA tracking site that is accessible through this link.

Telegram Tracking using Links

There’s also a simpler and more precise way that can make your goal much easier. In this way, you do not need a CMD environment, and only through a website and a little help, you can identify the approximate position of target person and track him with Telegram tracking. To do this, follow the steps below.

1- First go to the blasze.tk site, and enter the name of one site in the appropriate section, and then click Submit.

2- In the next step, a link will be created for you, which must be copied from the part specified in the image, and send it to the person you are trying to track. It’s usually better to do this with Telegram messenger. Now you need to make sure that the target person, click on the link sent by you.

Now enter these IP addresses on the Iplocation.net website, and then track target person with the same NASA website as described in the previous section.
